We enter God’s rest by believing, trusting and obeying His Word. Let’s fill ourselves with God’s Word and pray these verses in faith:

1. Father, we will be still and know that You are God. You will be exalted in South Africa; You will be exalted in the earth! (Psalm 46:10)

2. We repent and return so that our sins may be wiped away, that times of refreshing may come from Your presence, Lord. (Acts 3:19)

3. Lord, we cast all our cares for our nation upon You, for You care about us. (1 Peter 5:7)

4. Thank you, Lord, that You will keep us in perfect peace because our thoughts are focused on You, and we trust in You for South Africa! (Isaiah 26:3)

5. We know that all things will work together for good for South Africa because we love You, Lord, and we are called according to Your purpose. (Romans 8:28)

6. We ask Father that You give strength to our nation. May You bless South Africa with peace! (Psalm 29:11)

7. Thank You, Jesus, that You have made us free, and we are free indeed. (John 8:36)

8. Lord, You are our shepherd, and we shall not want. You make us lie down in green pastures; You lead us beside the still waters. (Psalm 23:1-2)

9. Father, we ask that Your presence will go with us and that You will give us rest as we stand on Your Word for South Africa. (Exodus 33:14)

10. Thank You, Lord, that the promise of entering Your rest still remains and is freely offered today to the nation of South Africa. Let us not fall short of it. (Hebrews 4:1)

11. The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy, but we thank You, Jesus, that You have come to give South Africa life in abundance. (John 10:10)

12. Thank You, Jesus, that we can come to You when we labour and are heavy laden, and You will give us rest. (Matthew 11:28)

13. Lord, thank You that our nation’s help comes from You, the Maker of heaven and earth. (Psalm 121:2)

14. We pray that we will lie down and sleep in peace; for you alone, O Lord, make South Africa dwell in safety. (Psalm 4:8)

15. Lord, we stand in the ways and see, and we ask for the old paths, where the good way is, and we choose to walk in it. Thank You that through it, we will find rest for our souls and nation. (Jeremiah 6:16)

16. Thank You, Father, that You will fight for South Africa, and we shall hold our peace. (Exodus 14:14)

17. Some trust in chariots and some in horses, but we will remember and trust in Your name, Lord, our God, for South Africa. (Psalm 20:7)

18. Thank You that we have peace in You and can be of good cheer, Lord Jesus, for You have overcome the world. (John 16:33)

19. Lord, may You satisfy our weary souls and replenish every languishing and sorrowful person in our nation. (Jeremiah 31:25)

20. Lord, help our nation to listen to You so that we will dwell safely and be secure, without fear of evil. (Proverbs 1:33)

21. Thank You, Father, that You are in our midst, the Mighty One who will save our nation; You will rejoice over us with gladness; You will quiet us with Your love; You will rejoice over us with loud singing. (Zephaniah 3:17)
